DURHAM — The public is invited to the Equine Protection of North America’s third “Party of Gold” fundraising event on Thursday, March 25 from 6 pm to 8 pm at 580 Bay Road in Durham.

The goal is to raise money to use in caring for the rescue group’s horses through the upcoming spring months. The “Party of Gold” provides attendees with the opportunity to sell their old gold jewelry that they no longer want.

Twenty percent of what is sold will go to help pay for medical bills, hay and feed for the Equine Protection of North America horses. The organization depends on community support to help aid in the care and feeding of its horses.

Call 603-828-7312 or email info@eponarescue.org to RSVP or to find out more information. For more information on Equine Protection of North America., or how to make a donation, visit http://www.eponarescue.org/index.html.
