		<description>Hello, this afternoon I saw what I first thought was a carrion crow flying quite high over my house in Epsom Surrey, but its wingbeat was too flappy and as it got closer i realised it must be a harrier. The laboured flaps were followed by short glides where through my binoculars i saw its russety brown wing bent over and pointed towards the wingtip. There was another flying too but i just focused my binoculars on the one.The only other possible bird of prey that resembles it is a red kite but as i say this bird was crow sized save for the larger wingspan and it did not have a forked tail, what do you think. They were heading south west</description>
